Loaded Turkey Fries
Have lots of Thanksgiving leftovers? Reinvent them in this quick and easy loaded fry dish.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
1 bag | McCain® 5 Minute Fries |
2 cups | Chopped leftover turkey |
1 cup | Leftover turkey stuffing |
1/2 cup | Turkey gravy |
2 tablespoons | Cranberry sauce |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease small baking dish.
Prepare your favorite McCain® fries according to package directions.
Toss turkey with stuffing and gravy; transfer to baking dish. Cover with foil; bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
Top fries with warmed turkey, stuffing, gravy mixture.
Serve with small dollops of cranberry sauce, if desired, for color and a touch of sweetness.
