Ingredient Statement
Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following oils: Canola, Soybean, Cottonseed, Sunflower, Corn), Onion, Dehydrated Potato Flakes (Potatoes, Mono- and Diglycerides, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate & Citric Acid added to maintain natural color), Salt, Potato Starch - modified, Modified Cellulose, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sodium Alginate, Spices, Garlic Powder, Calcium Lactate, Sodium Citrate, Xanthan Gum, Malic Acid, Spice & Coloring, Dextrose, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate added to maintain natural color.
Preparation
Standard Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen babycakes in a single layer on a dark, non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Flip product over and continue baking an additional 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
*Deep Fry: Preheat cooking oil to 350°F. Fill basket half full (1/2 level) with frozen babycakes. Deep fry 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
Electric Skillet: Heat one tablespoon of cooking oil in electric skillet to medium heat (350°F). Stir to evenly distribute the oil. Carefully add frozen babycakes in a single layer. Cover with a lid and heat 14 to 17 minutes. Turning once for uniform cooking. Serve immediately.
*It is recommended when using this cooking method to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil.
*NOTE: COOK TO LIGHT GOLDEN COLOR. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts, reduce cooking time. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
