COOKING GUIDELINES
NOTE: COOK TO LIGHT GOLDEN COLOR.
Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts, reduce cooking time. Do not overcook! Product must be fully cooked for safety and quality.
Steak Cut Fries Preheat oven to 450° F. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a dark, non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Bake 9 minutes, flip product over and continue baking an additional 9 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
Steak Cut Fries Preheat cooking oil to 350° F. Fill basket ½ full (½ level) with frozen fries. Deep fry 3 to 4 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper. Serve immediately.
*It is recommended when using this cooking method to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil.
