Our story is simple.

Down-to-earth, really. It begins with all natural potatoes from our fields and ends with real potatoes on your table. McCain potatoes are all natural—no artificial colors and no artificial flavors. We use the same simple, wholesome ingredients you would use if you made them from scratch.

Since 1957, McCain Foods has been committed to always growing better. What started with Harrison and Wallace McCain in Florenceville, Canada—quite literally beneath their feet—is today a family business that grows and makes nearly one-third of the French fried potatoes in the world.

Variety adds excitement! Next to real, wholesome potatoes, the other thing you can count on from McCain is plenty of choices. Delicious seasonings, fun shapes, hearty sides, already prepped and sweet potatoes too make it possible to wow your family with a different potato every day of the week. Growing innovation.

McCain is at the forefront of frozen potato innovation! We've got an Innovation Technology Council whose job is to find ways to bring you an even more good-for-you potato. Right now we’re looking to further reduce fat and sodium contents. Of course we’re always thinking about quality improvements and we’re tackling food allergens that get in the way of everyone enjoying our potatoes. Our goal? Keep on making all-natural, affordable, convenient and delicious potatoes you can feel great about serving your family.
