Shredded Hash Browns

Real, all - natural potatoes, made real easy! Use in place of fresh produce potatoes for all your homemade potato recipes; hash browns, casseroles or potato pancakes.


PANFRY WITH OIL (RECOMMENDED METHOD):

Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in skillet to medium heat (350 F). Carefully add single layer of potatoes.  Cover with a lid & fry 10 - 12 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking. Season to taste & serve immediately. A non-stick spray may be used in place of oil.

PANFRY WITH WATER:

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat (350 F). Carefully add a single layer of potatoes to skillet with 3 tablespoons of water. Cover with a lid & fry 10 - 12 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking. Season to taste & serve immediately.

NOTE: COOK TO LIGHT GOLDEN COLOR. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation.  When cooking smaller amounts reduce cooking time.
