BabyCakes® Irish Nachos

​​Oven-baked hash brown patties with Irish kitchen-sink-style toppings and a kick of pickled jalapeño. Mixing culinary traditions has never tasted so good!
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

12 pieces McCain® Babycakes®
1 cupwhite cheddar cheese, grated
¼ cup tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup bacon bits
¼ cup green onions, chopped

Directions

Arrange Babycakes® in an ovenproof serving skillet and prepare in the oven according to package directions.
Remove from the oven (425°F) and top with grated cheddar and onions.
Return to the oven and heat until cheese is melted.
Top with tomatoes, bacon bits and green onions.
