Turkey Feathers

​Oven-baked McCain® Seasoned Wedges arranged with slices of turkey between the potatoes to form a large turkey feather-wing. Small mound of mashed potatoes to make a turkey head with two green peas as eyes with broccoli florets at top of head served with a ramekin of turkey gravy for dipping.
Makes 4 kid-sized servings


20 piecesMcCain® Seasoned Wedges
16 piecessmall wedge-shaped turkey slices, approximately ½ ounce each piece
8 ouncesmashed potatoes
4 ouncescooked broccoli florets
8 piecesgreen peas, cooked
1 piecesmall baby carrot for the beak
8 ouncesturkey gravy


Prepare potato wedges according to package directions.
Arrange five McCain® Wedges on upper rim of plate keeping space between wedges to arrange small sliced turkey wedges to create a turkey feather wing.
At the bottom edge of wedges place a 2-ounce mound of mashed potatoes.
At bottom edge of mashed potatoes arrange 2 small broccoli florets.
Place two green peas for eyes in mashed potatoes, one carrot triangle for beak and serve with turkey gravy dipping sauce.
