BabyCakes® Irish Nachos
Oven-baked
hash brown patties with Irish kitchen-sink-style toppings and a kick of pickled
jalapeño. Mixing culinary traditions has never tasted so good!

Ingredients
12 pieces | McCain® Babycakes® |
1 cup | white cheddar cheese, grated |
¼ cup | tomatoes, chopped |
¼ cup | bacon bits |
¼ cup | green onions, chopped |
Directions
Arrange Babycakes® in an ovenproof serving skillet and prepare in the oven according to package directions.
Remove from the oven (425°F) and top with grated cheddar and onions.
Return to the oven and heat until cheese is melted.
Top with tomatoes, bacon bits and green onions.
