​​​​Crispy Babycakes® mini potato hash browns with a sweet and savory apple sour cream dip.
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

1 bag ​McCain® Babycakes®
​1/2 cup​prepared applesauce
​1/2 cup​prepared sour cream
​1 tablespoon​chopped chives (optional)

Directions

​​Prepare Babycakes® in the oven according to package instructions.
​Mix a​pplesauce and sour cream until thoroughly blended and place in small bowl.
Place Babycakes® on a large serving plate alongside the dip and sprinkle with the chives.​
