Barbeque Tots
When you take McCain® Tasti Taters® and smother them with juicy pulled pork and BBQ ranch, then dip in warm queso, you can taste the south at its most comfortable.
Makes 4-6 servings
Ingredients
1 bag | McCain® Tasti Taters® |
2 ounces | prepared, pulled pork |
2 ounces | BBQ ranch dip (recipe follows) |
2 tablespoons | sliced scallions |
4 ounces | queso dip |
BBQ Ranch
1 cup | ranch dressing |
1 cup | BBQ sauce |
Mix until fully combined. Chill until serving. |
Directions
Prepare McCain® Tasti Taters® according to package directions.
Place tots on a large ovenable platter and cover with BBQ ranch and pulled pork.
Place in a hot oven for 1 minute, until crispy.
Top with scallions and serve with warm queso on the side.
