Beer Cheese Curly Fries
Take your preferred ale or lager and make a cheesy, party-favorite fondue with McCain® Seasoned Curly Fries for dipping.
Makes 6-8 servings
Ingredients
1 bag | McCain® Seasoned Curly Fries |
8 ounces | shredded cheddar cheese |
4 ounces | shredded Swiss cheese |
2 tablespoons | flour |
12 ounces | your favorite ale or lager |
Directions
Prepare McCain® Seasoned Curly Fries according to package directions.
Toss the shredded cheeses and flour in a bowl.
In a medium saucepan, bring beer to a light boil.
Slowly whisk in cheese and flour blend and bring back to a boil.
Cook mixture on low heat while slowly whisking for another two minutes.
Pour the beer and cheese fondue into a cast iron or ceramic crockpot and serve with the plated curly fries.
