Cranberry-Brie Holiday Tree Fries

Enjoy this seasonal favorite you’ll want to keep making throughout the year.

Makes 8 to 10 servings

1 pieceParchment paper, 12" x 18"
1 packageMcCain® Seasoned Wedges, Savory Herbs and Spices
½ cupFully cooked bacon pieces
⅓ cupSundried cranberries
10 eachRosemary sprigs
6 ouncesDouble cream brie cheese, cut into thin strips

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange frozen seasoned wedges in the shape of a holiday tree, overlapping wedges slightly as downward branches and one as tree trunk. Bake for 20–24 minutes.

  3. Remove from oven and sprinkle potato tree with bacon, cranberries and tuck rosemary sprigs randomly around potato branches, and decorate with strips of brie cheese to act as garland. Bake another 3 minutes or until brie is melty. Lift by parchment edges and carefully transfer to platter and serve warm.
