Friday Night Fry Bar
Serve your family or friends a variety of fries, toppings and dips so they can build their favorite fry combinations for a fun and filling get together.
½ bag McCain® Sweet Potato Crinkle Cut Fries
½ bag McCain® Smiles
½ bag McCain® Craft Beer Battered Thin Cut Fries
½ bag McCain® 5 Minute Fries
2.8 ounces Fully cooked bacon pieces
4 ounces Crumbled cheeses (Blue, Gorgonzola, or Feta)
8 ounces Shredded cheeses (Cheddar, Colby-jack, or Pepper jack)
2 cups Shredded lettuce
1 cup Chopped tomato
Garlic Herb Seasoned Chicken (see recipe)
Selection of Dipping Sauces (see recipes)
Garlic Herb Seasoned Chicken
1 each Rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 teaspoons Herbs de Provence blend
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon Onion powder
Smoked Chipotle Gravy
1 each Brown gravy powder mix
¼ teaspoon or to taste Chipotle powder
In small sauce pan, prepare gravy according to package instructions. Add chipotle powder; stir to combine and serve warm.
Harissa Spiked Marinara
1 cup Marinara sauce, jarred
2 tablespoons Harissa paste
In small sauce pan, combine marinara and harissa paste; stir until combine. Heat and serve warm.
Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
1 cup Heavy cream
1 ½ tablespoons Gorgonzola, crumbled
4 teaspoons Lemon juice
To taste Salt
In small sauce pan, reduce cream over low heat for 30 mins. Add gorgonzola, lemon juice, and salt; stir until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
Creamy Basil Pesto
½ cup Basil pesto
½ cup Mayonnaise
In small mixing bowl, whisk to combine pesto and mayonnaise. Serve chilled.
1 cup Ranch dressing
2 tablespoons Sriracha
In small mixing bowl, whisk to combine ranch and Sriracha. Serve chilled.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Bake crinkle cut fries and Smiles according to package instructions. Then raise oven temperature to 450°F.
Bake Thin Cut and 5 Minute Fries according to package instructions.
To make seasoned chicken, see related recipe. Combine shredded chicken with herbs and seasonings in a microwave-safe bowl and toss to combine.

Transfer bacon pieces to microwave-safe bowl.
Heat chicken and bacon in microwave until warm.
Set out all items buffet style in separate bowls and allow your guest to build their own loaded fries.
