Grilled Foil Pack Veggie Cheese Fries
This easy-to-prepare dish is a great way to bring more vegetables into your meals—perfect for the summertime.
Heavy aluminum foil, 12" x 24"
McCain® 5 Minute Fries
Green beans, raw, trimmed
Carrot, raw, quartered lengthwise, cut into 3" sticks
Fully cooked bacon pieces
Gruyere cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat.
Prepare a grill foil pack, add fries, green beans, carrot sticks, and bacon pieces. Drizzle with butter, sprinkle with garlic salt and toss until evenly coated. Close foil pack tightly and grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until vegetables are tender.
Open foil pack carefully, top with cheeses and serve warm.
