Buffalo Cheesy Fries
A
platter of oven-baked, seasoned crinkle cut fries drizzled with warm stadium style
cheddar cheese sauce, hot buffalo wing sauce, cool blue cheese crumbles and
crispy bacon pieces.
Makes 6-10 servings
Ingredients
1 bag | McCain® Seasoned Crinkle Fries |
6 ounces | stadium style cheddar cheese sauce |
4 strips | crisp cooked bacon, crumbled |
3 ounces | buffalo style hot wing sauce |
3 ounces | blue cheese crumbles |
3 pieces | chopped scallions |
Directions
Cook bacon in advance, drain on paper-towel-lined plate. Cool and crumble, set aside.
Prepare McCain® Crinkle Fries according to package directions.
Warm stadium style cheddar cheese sauce, set aside.
Remove crinkle fries from oven and place on serving platter. Top with stadium style cheddar cheese sauce, drizzle with buffalo style hot wing sauce, blue cheese crumbles, bacon crumbles and chopped scallions.
