Fish and Sweet Potato “Chips” with Honey-Lime Mayo
A fresh, flavorful take on classic fish and chips featuring McCain® Seasoned Waffle Fries, fresh cole slaw and a cool, sweet honey-lime mayo.

Ingredients
12 ounces | McCain® Seasoned Waffle Fries |
8 pieces | your favorite frozen fish fillets |
8 ounces | honey-lime mayo (recipe follows) |
2 cups | prepared cole slaw |
Honey-Lime Mayo
2 cups | mayonnaise |
4 tablespoons | honey |
2 tablespoons | lime juice |
to taste | kosher salt |
to taste | black pepper |
Mix
all ingredients together. Chill until serving.
Directions
Prepare fish and waffle fries according to package directions.
Divide the waffle fries and the fish fillets between four serving plates.
Add a 2-ounce ramekin of honey-lime mayo and ½ cup of coleslaw to each plate.
