Loaded Turkey Fries

​Have lots of Thanksgiving leftovers? Reinvent them in this quick and easy loaded fry dish.

Makes 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

1 bag

McCain® 5 Minute Fries

2 cups

Chopped leftover turkey

1 cup

Leftover turkey stuffing

1/2 cup

Turkey gravy

​2 tablespoons​Cranberry sauce

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease small baking dish.

  • Prepare your favorite McCain® fries according to package directions.

  • Toss turkey with stuffing and gravy; transfer to baking dish. Cover with foil; bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.

  • Top fries with warmed turkey, stuffing, gravy mixture.

  • Serve with small dollops of cranberry sauce, if desired, for color and a touch of sweetness.
